kyoti’s are delivered within Australia by Australia Post or a courier service. For international destinations, please contact us for a quote.

Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. Your order will typically be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
All packages are tracked. You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is processed.
Australia Post
Orders are delivered by Australia Post, who advise approximately 6 business days for delivery interstate.
Changes & Cancellations
If your order has not already been dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate order changes or cancellations. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
If your order is lost, damaged or doesn't arrive
Please inspect your order on receipt of delivery and let us know of any issues as soon as possible.
Where you have given the carrier authority to leave your order unattended, risk and ownership transfer to you once the order is delivered in accordance with that instruction. In those circumstances we are unable to accept responsibility for goods that are lost, stolen or damaged after being left unattended.
Receipt of goods and potential fees
We ship to the address you provide when you order. Any re-routing of your delivery is at the sole discretion of the carrier.
If there is no-one available to receive the goods and the driver has to return to your address to re-attempt delivery, an additional cost may apply.
If the address you provide is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we may pass on the additional shipping charges required for your delivery to reach you.
